Space is still filled with the noise of destruction and annihilation, the shouts of self assurance and arrogance, the weeping of despair and helplesness. But round about the horizon the eternal realities stand silent in their age-old longing. There shines on them already the first mild light of the radiant fulfillment to come. From afar sound the first notes as of pipes and voices, not yet discernable as a song or melody. It is all far off still and only just announced and foretold. But it is happening today.

  1. I love your header! Miranda and the Tempeste by J. William Waterhouse, right? I think he is a very skilled artist and I really enjoy his paintings. He was one of the Pre-raphaelites. They painted a lot of historical\legend art, didn’t they?

You seem to be interested in many of things that I am interested in. I really like C.S. Lewis and Loreena Mckennit. I especially like her song Dante’s Prayer, the one you got your lyrics from. I noticed your GK Chesterton picture. He wrote the Ballad of the White Horse. Have you ever heard of it? It is very beautiful, though rather long.

I have newly moved onto blogger and I hope we get to know each other better!
